Order Processing Time
All orders are carefully prepared before dispatch.
- Processing time: 2–5 working days
- Handmade or customized items: 5–10 working days
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding UK public holidays)
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:
- United Kingdom 🇬🇧
- Selected European countries
- United States
- Australia
- Other international destinations (available at checkout)
If your country is not listed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination:
- United Kingdom: 3–7 working days
- Europe: 5–10 working days
- USA & International: 7–15 working days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or courier delays beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

- Parcel size and weight
- Selected shipping method
We occasionally offer free UK shipping promotions on selected orders. Any active offers will be clearly displayed at checkout.

For UK customers:
- No additional import duties apply once your order has entered the UK distribution system.
For international customers:
- Customs duties or local taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email so you can monitor your parcel’s journey in real time.
If you do not receive tracking details within the expected timeframe, please contact us.
Delays & Delivery Issues
While we work closely with trusted courier partners, unexpected delays may occur during:

- adverse weather conditions
- national holidays
