1. About Us

eQueen Handicraft is a UK-based retailer of handwoven natural fibre products. Our products are crafted by artisans in Vietnam and shipped directly to customers across the UK and internationally.

2. Products

All our products are handmade. As a result, slight variations in colour, texture, and dimensions are natural and expected — these are not defects but a mark of authentic handcraft. Product images are representative and individual pieces may differ slightly.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We accept all major credit and debit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken at the point of order.

4. Shipping

We ship to the UK, EU and selected international destinations. Delivery timescales and costs are outlined in our Shipping Policy. We aim to dispatch all orders within 3–5 business days.

5. Returns & Refunds

Our full returns and refunds process is described in our Returns & Refunds Policy. You have the right to return most items within 30 days of receipt.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including product images, descriptions, logos and copy — is the property of eQueen Handicraft. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
