UK Delivery

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed the next working day.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery via the carrier’s website.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the UK only. If you are based outside the UK and would like to place an order, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@equeenhandicrafts.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Important Notes
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods (e.g. Christmas, bank holidays).
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances outside our control.
- Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot redirect parcels once dispatched.
